摘要: 从植物不同种属和品种的水分利用效率差异、水分利用效率的进化、水分利用效率的遗传及基因定位和分子标记、水分利用效率的转基因和基因克隆、水分利用效率的育种改良及生物节水研究发展趋势等方面介绍了国内外的研究进展,说明水分利用效率遗传育种改良研究日益受到重视,并将在生物节水、节水农业方面发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Advance in the difference of water use efficiency (WUE) among different plant species and varieties, evolution of WUE, gene localization and molecular markers of WUE, gene cloning and transgene of WUE, genetic improvement of WUE and biological water saving, was introduced in this paper. These information show that genetic improvement of WUE has attracted more attention and will play an important role in biological water saving and water saving agriculture.
