栽培萝卜种质亲缘关系的AFLP分析

摘要: 利用筛选出的8对引物对56份来源于不同国家和地区的栽培萝卜种质的亲缘关系进行了AFLP分析,共扩增出327条带,其中多态性带128条,多态性位点百分率39.1%,显示出栽培萝卜种质之间存在着较丰富的遗传多样性。系统聚类分析将供试材料分为5类9组,主坐标分析将其分为4类7组,2种分类方法所获结果基本一致。基于分子标记的分类与种质的表型基本吻合。

Abstract: Phylogenesis of 56 cultivated radish germplasm from different countries or regions was analyzed with amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP). A total of 327 bands were detected with 8 pairs of informative AFLP primers among the accessions tested. Of them, 128 bands (39.1%) were polymorphic, indicating abundant genetic diversity existing among the cultivated radish. The 56 cultivars were clustered into 5 groups and 9 subgroups by cluster analysis, and 4 groups and 7 subgroups by principal coordinate analysis. The two methods above exhibited similar phylogenesis among the tested cultivars. The results from molecular classification were almost coincided with germplasm phenotypes.
