    ASSIGNMENT OF COPYRIGHT
    According to the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, once signed the agreement, all the contributors should agreeUpon acceptance of their article, the rights of replication, translation, publication, dissemination online and compilation will be transferred for free to the editorial department of SAS. Authors authorized SAS, as sole agent, to apply for the copyright registration, including sorts of media. Authors agree that copies of articles published on SAS should be stated clearly as so.
     
    (1) Authors have the rights as following
    Author has other intellectual rights other for the copyright;
    Author has the right to rearrange one’s personal collection, or publish his article via other channels without permission from SAS, but should make clear statement the paper is in which Vol., Issue and Page of SAS.
    Author has the right to use the copies of part or full article in research, summary, lecture, or class teaching.
    A work created by a citizen in the fulfillment of tasks assigned to him by a legal person or entity without legal personality shall be deemed to be a work created in the course of employment. The copyright in such a work shall, be enjoyed by the author, provided that the legal person or entity without legal personality shall have a right to exploit the work within the scope of its professional activities. 

     
    (2) Authors should make assurance and shoulder the responsibility as follows: (-required options(√))

    ②□ The contents do not involve state secret; Citations have been clearly stated.
    ③□ All authors have made consensus on the content, authors’ list and the order.
    ④□ Authors agree to the fee criteria of review, publication, and remuneration.
    ⑤□ General manuscript process duration lasts for 3 months from acceptance (having DOI number) , later which author shall change submission before noticing in advance to editorial department if he did not get modification, acceptance or rejection notifications.

     
    (3)  Authors shoud know and agree to the followings: (①required options(√))

     General manuscript process duration lasts for 3 months from acceptance (having DOI number) , later which author shall change submission before noticing in advance to editorial department if he did not get modification, acceptance or rejection notifications. 
    The remuneration that authors will obtain from Editorial Department includes the copyright fees for the rights of digital replication, compilation, publication, and online dissemination on CNKI database centers and online dissemination on other databases at home and abroad.

    Other issues need mutual negotiation.
