Journal of Integrative Agriculture (JIA), known in Chinese as 《农业科学学报》 and formerly published as Agricultural Sciences in China (ASC, the English edition of Scientia Agricultura Sinica), is a comprehensive monthly academic journal supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture and sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Based in China and serving an international readership, JIA publishes research articles covering fundamental and applied basic research in agricultural and animal sciences. Each issue contains 160 pages.
Since 2006, JIA has been published in cooperation with Elsevier, with its full-text electronic content distributed worldwide through ScienceDirect. In 2008, the journal received the distinction of "China's Outstanding International Scientific and Technological Journal." JIA has been indexed in major domestic and international databases, including SCI, CA, AJ, FSTA, ZR, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and Wanfang Data. Its international influence has continued to grow substantially, establishing it as one of China's leading academic journals in agricultural sciences.
