Strategic Demands,Development Emphases and Countermeasures of Agricultural Sciences and Technology in the 12th-Five-Year Period

Abstract: “十二五”时期是中国全面建设小康社会的关键时期,也是现代农业加速发展的重要时期。保障国家粮食安全、发展现代农业、保护资源环境和提高国际竞争力对农业科技发展提出了更加紧迫的战略需求。农业科技发展的重点应主要集中在粮食等主要农产品产量提高、农产品质量改善、农业生产效率提升、农业生态环境保护等领域的共性关键技术的突破和不同区域以及全国农业科技自主创新能力的提升。农业科技必须采取加强宏观管理、深化体制改革、完善投入机制、培育人才队伍和加强国际交流与合作等重大政策措施,以加快推进农业科技创新和支撑能力的提升。
