H5亚型禽流感灭活疫苗的研制及应用回顾与展望

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 2005年，中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所主持完成的科研成果“H5亚型禽流感灭活疫苗的研制及应用”获得国家科学技术进步一等奖。该成果中的禽流感灭活疫苗（H5N2亚型，N28株）和重组禽流感病毒灭活疫苗（H5N1亚型，Re-1株）在我国禽流感防控中发挥了巨大的作用。本文对该成果的研究历史、开创性人物及其贡献、相关追随性或验证性研究进行了介绍，同时对本成果研究有待解决的问题及未来研究与应用展望等展开了讨论。

Abstract: In 2005, The development and application of the inactivated H5 subtype avian influenza vaccines led by the Harbin Veterinary Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences received the first class National Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress. The history of the development of these vaccines, which contribute significantly to the control of the H5N1 highly pathogenic avian influenza in China and other countries was reviewed in this paper. A brief introduction of the key investigators who led these research activities and their contributions to the projects was also given.
