中国植物源杀虫剂研究进展

摘要: 植物源杀虫剂是当前农药研究的热点。本文介绍了中国2000年以来植物源杀虫剂最新研究进展,内容包括杀虫植物筛选、杀虫活性成分鉴定、杀虫物质的生物合成(组织培养、发状根培养和利用内生真菌)、植物源杀虫剂的作用机理、对非靶标生物的毒性和应用技术等;并就其发展趋势作了展望。

Abstract: Botanical insecticides are a hot spot in the research of pesticide at present. This paper summarizes the currentt progresses in the research of botanical insecticides from 2000 to present in China. The sieving of insecticidal plant, determination of active ingredient, biosynthesis of insecticidal substances (including tissue culture, hairy root culture and utilization of endophytic fungi), effective mechanism, toxicity on non-target organism and application of botanical insecticides were reviewed. The future tendency of the research and development of botanical insecticides were also prospected.
