摘要:
【目的】茎、枝特性是切花菊的重要商品性状,建立多头切花菊茎、枝特性评价体系,为筛选优良茎、枝特性的品种提供理论指导。【方法】通过对多头切花菊300个品种的9个与茎、枝特性相关的性状进行连续两个年度的观察记录,借助专家调查法、层次分析法以及K-Means聚类分析法建立评价体系,并进行品种评价。【结果】应用层次分析法确定了9个性状的权重值,其中花朵横向聚拢程度和花朵竖向聚拢程度的权重值最大,均为0.219,其次是花枝角度、茎充实程度,权重值分别为0.123、0.121;综合9个评价指标,通过K-Means聚类分析法将300个品种划分为4个等级,62个品种为优秀、114个品种为良好、80个品种为一般、44个品种为较差,分别占比为20.7%、38%、26.7%、14.6%。【结论】运用专家调查法、层次分析法和K-Means聚类分析法构建出的评价体系可以有效的对多头切花菊品种茎、枝特性进行评价分级,筛选出的优良品种可以在生产中推广应用。
