摘要: 本文简述了马传染性贫血病毒给我国畜牧业造成的严重危害,研制马传染性贫血病毒疫苗的重要性以及马传贫驴白细胞弱毒疫苗研制成功及应用该疫苗防治马传贫病毒而获得的巨大效益,反映了我国科学家研究马传染性贫血病毒驴白细胞弱毒疫苗及其免疫保护机制而付出的积极努力和突出贡献,初步阐明了马传染性贫血病毒驴白细胞弱毒疫苗与其亲本病毒马传染性贫血病毒基因组结构差异及马传贫驴白细胞弱毒疫苗株致弱的分子基础和免疫保护机理,建立了多个EIAV研究技术平台和评价系统,为进一步研究马传贫疫苗的免疫保护机制提供了技术手段。这些研究成果可能为其它慢病毒疫苗的研制提供借鉴。

Abstract: This article summarizes a great damage caused by the equine infectious anemia virus (EIAV) to animal husbandry in China,the significance and development of the equine infectious anemia virus donkey leukocyte attenuated vaccine (EIAVDLA), and the economic improvement for the application of this vaccine. The facts reflect that our scientists made outstanding contributions for the vaccine development and immunoprotection mechanism study of EIAV vaccines.We preliminarily have clarified the genomic structure differences between EIAVDLA and native strain virus. Also the molecular basis and the immunoprotection mechanism of EIAVDLA were reported. We have established several EIAV technology platforms and evaluation systems, thus providing technical methods for the study of immunoprotection mechanism.The research results may be beneficial for other lentivirus vaccines.
