Abstract: In recent years, progress has been achieved in the production of pig embryos through IVM and IVF techniques, However, there are still some problems, and factors restricting the application of the reproductive biotechnology, for example, poor cytoplasmic maturation、highly polyspermy and poor embryo development. This review will focus on porcine oocytes maturation, fertileization and embryo culture.
