摘要: 水稻细菌性基腐病(rice bacterial foot rot)是中国及东南亚国家水稻产区重要细菌病害之一,不同年份在局部水稻产区致灾流行。本文对该病害在中国的发生危害情况、病原细菌的分类现状、侵染特性、寄主范围、致病因子、致病性等相关研究进展进行了分析,提出了该病害发生与防控研究中存在的问题。

Abstract: Rice bacterial foot rot caused by Dickeya zeae is an important bacterial disease in China and Southeast Asian countries. It occurs severely in different years in local areas. This paper reviews the research progress about the disease occurrence situation in China, the classification of D. zeae, and its infection characteristics, host range, pathogenic factors, virulence and its regulation. In addition, the investigations of some problems involving in the disease occurrence and control were presented.
