摘要: 马铃薯Y病毒属(Potyvirus)是包含范围广、增殖过程复杂但基因组简单的一类重要病毒,对农业生产造成重大的经济损失。笔者介绍了马铃薯Y病毒属病毒的细胞生物学研究进展,并对potyviruses的复制模型、运动方式和途径等作了相关总结。
