草地贪夜蛾(
Spodoptera frugiperda
)是一种对玉米具有毁灭性危害的入侵害虫,通过资源竞争等机制显著的影响本地物种和群落。然而,草地贪夜蛾与本地害虫之间的互作关系并不清楚。在本研究中,我们明确了不同交配状态下东方粘虫雌成虫对草地贪夜蛾幼虫为害的玉米植株表现出不同的行为选择:草地贪夜蛾幼虫为害的玉米植株驱避未交配的雌性东方粘虫成虫,但是吸引交配后的雌性东方粘虫成虫。为了进一步解明这种行为差异的嗅觉机制,我们利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析并鉴定到草地贪夜蛾幼虫为害的玉米植株特异性释放了七种挥发物组分,分别是反式-2-己烯醇、芳樟醇、反式-β-法尼烯、顺式-3-乙酸己烯酯、β-石竹烯、反式-α-佛手柑烯和乙酸异戊酯。进一步对不同交配状态的雌性东方粘虫成虫进行了电生理和行为测定,结果表明,反式-β-法尼烯是驱避未交配雌性东方粘虫成虫的核心化合物,反式-2-己烯醛是引诱已交配雌性东方粘虫成虫产卵的核心化合物。该研究结果有助于深入了解外来入侵物种与本地害虫之间的互作机制,为基于害虫嗅觉系统研发害虫行为调控剂提供理论基础。

温度和水分是影响水稻产量和品质形成的重要因子,灌浆结实期适度的干旱能够有效的缓解高温胁迫对水稻造成的伤害,但有关其淀粉合成的调控机理尚不清楚。为探明灌浆结实期高温与干旱对水稻淀粉合成的影响及其生理机制,本试验研究了4个不同处理下(对照(CK)、高温(HT)、适度干旱(WS)、高温干旱(HT+WS))常规粳稻淀粉相关酶活性及其基因的表达水平。结果表明高温和干旱对籽粒灌浆的影响主要发生在弱势粒中,并通过调节参与淀粉合成相关酶活性及其主效基因的表达水平,进而影响稻米淀粉的合成。高温和干旱有拮抗作用,适度干旱能够改善高温对稻米品质的影响。

Monitoring and early warning is an important means to effectively prevent risks in agricultural production, consumption and price. In particular, with the change of modes of national administration against the background of big data, improving the capacity to monitor agricultural products is of great significance for macroeconomic decision-making. Agricultural product information early warning thresholds are the core of agricultural product monitoring and early warning. How to appropriately determine the early warning thresholds of multi-temporal agricultural product information is a key question to realize real-time and dynamic monitoring and early warning. Based on the theory of abnormal fluctuation of agricultural product information and the research of substantive impact on the society, this paper comprehensively discussed the methods to determine the thresholds of agricultural product information fluctuation in different time dimensions. Based on the data of the National Bureau of Statistics of China (NBSC) and survey data, this paper used a variety of statistical methods to determine the early warning thresholds of the production, consumption and prices of agricultural products. Combined with Delphi expert judgment correction method, it finally determined the early warning thresholds of agricultural product information in multiple time, and carried out early warning analysis on the fluctuation of agricultural product monitoring information in 2018. The results show that: (1) the daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and early warning thresholds of agricultural products play an important early warning role in monitoring abnormal fluctuations with agricultural products; (2) the multi-temporal monitoring and early warning thresholds of agricultural product information identified by the research institute can provide effective early warning on current abnormal fluctuation of agricultural product information, provide a benchmarking standard for China’s agricultural production, consumption and price monitoring and early warning at the national macro level, and further improve the application of China’s agricultural product monitoring and early warning.

Invasion of the oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis, into new niches containing different food sources (a process referred to as host shift), may cause population genetic differentiation and sympatric speciation. To attempt to infer that experimentally, test populations were established by transferring a subset of the original populations, which had been grown on banana for many generations, onto navel orange, and then subculturing the navel orange population and banana population for at least 20 generations. Four pairs of SSR primers with high polymorphism on laboratory strains were used to detect population genetic differentiation. All six tested populations (the 5th, 10th and 15th generations of B. dorsalis fed on banana and navel orange, respectively) were found to have low genetic diversity. Furthermore, the genetic diversity of the navel orange populations was found to decline after being crossed for several generations. Populations initially were deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, however, equilibrium was achieved with increasing numbers of generations in both of the host populations. Limited gene flows were found among the six populations. The Nei’s standard genetic distances between the two host populations of the same generation were initially low, but increased with generation number. Genetic distances between banana and navel orange populations of the same generation were lower than genetic distances between different generations grown on the same host plant. Analysis of molecular distance (AMOVA) results based on generation groups and host groups demonstrated that genetic variation among generations was greater than that between the two host populations. The results indicated that population genetic differentiation occurred after the host shift, albeit at low level. Biogeography and taxonomy of the B. dorsalis complex revealed that speciation of B. dorsalis might be tightly associated with host shift or host specialization of B. dorsalis following dispersal.

The purpose of the present study was to survey contents of trace elements of Cu, Mn, Fe, and Zn in the surface layer (0-20 cm) in the soil, pasture and serum of sheep in Huangcheng area of Qilian mountain grassland, China. Also the soil-plant- animal continuum was analyzed. Soil (n=300), pasture (n=60), and blood serum samples from sheep (n=480) were collected from Huangcheng area of Qilian mountain grassland, China. The contents of trace element in the samples were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometer after digestion. The soil trace elements density distribution shows a ladder-like pattern distribution. Equations developed in the present study for prediction of Fe (R2=0.943) and Zn (R2=0.882) had significant R2 values.
